I know that there are hundreds of poker sites available on the net, so how do you know which ones you can trust? Well, the ones that are the most reliable are generally the largest poker rooms. You can rely on these sites simply because they will not jeopardize their successful business, by the means of scamming their customers. All they would need is one big lawsuit and they can go bankrupt, they have no reason to cheat customers, since they are already making loads of money, thus resulting in a safe site.

These are the sites that I personally find the safest to play at. They are all big site names: ("The Big Three" PokerStars, Full Tilt and PartyPoker) and the smaller sites are part of large chains: the I-Poker network (Titan Poker, Tony G Poker, CD Poker), the On-Game network (BetSafe, Bwin, Hollywood Poker, Red Kings) The Boss Media network (Celeb Poker, Inter Poker, Poker Heaven, Paradise Poker). I play on PKR Poker, Doyle's Room Poker, Cake Poker and Ultimate Bet regularly (they are growing sites), and they are 100% safe. You can be certain that all these sites are legit and you will not get cheated by the site.

Full Tilt Poker is the only site that I know of where you can "datamine" with Poker Tracker 3 without having to sit down at the table. The good news is that every single site listed below along with many more sites that are not as popular, will work with the poker Indicator Series software (Holdem Indicator, Tournament Indicator and Omaha Indicator). The way you "datamine" with the Indicator series, is you have to open up to 9 different rooms in the specific poker site, and then open the Indicator series 9 times. All the stats will be stored into a database created by the software, and you can build a history on your opponents, to best beat them at the poker tables.
